If you do not agree with any part of them, the remedy is simple: stop using the site. Continued use after we update these terms counts as acceptance of the changes.
These terms apply to everyone who visits, regardless of how you arrived — a search result, a shared link, or a bookmark. You also confirm you are old enough to enter a binding agreement in your jurisdiction and that using the site is not illegal where you live.

Names such as "pump.fun", "PumpSwap" and "Solana", along with any related logos and trademarks, are the property of their respective owners. We use them only for identification, description and commentary — what trademark law generally calls nominative fair use. Using those names to review a product does not imply any partnership or approval. For official information, announcements or live data, always go to the official platform itself.
4. Affiliate disclosure
We have to keep the lights on somehow, and we would rather tell you exactly how than hide it. Some outbound links on this site — including links to centralized exchanges such as CEX.IO — are affiliate or referral links.

If a number matters to your decision, verify it at the source. Screenshots and summaries age; on-chain reality does not wait for our edits.
6. Assumption of risk
Crypto is high-risk, and the pump.fun corner of it is among the riskiest. By using this site and acting on anything you learn here, you accept that risk yourself.

- Total loss. Most memecoins go to zero. You can lose everything you put in, quickly.
- Extreme volatility. Prices can swing wildly in minutes with thin liquidity.
- Scams & rug pulls. Fraudulent tokens and drained liquidity are common, not rare.
- Self-custody responsibility. Non-custodial means no password reset and no support desk. If you lose your seed phrase or sign a malicious transaction, the funds are gone.
- Network & technical risk. Outages, congestion, failed transactions and smart-contract bugs are real and outside anyone's control.
You alone are responsible for securing your wallet and keys, for the transactions you sign, and for any taxes that result from your activity. Nothing here is insured, guaranteed or reversible. If that is more risk than you are comfortable with, that is a perfectly sane conclusion.

The site links to third-party websites, tools and services for your convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, security, fees or practices. A link is not an endorsement, and once you leave PumpSwap Guide, the destination site's own terms and privacy policies apply, not ours. Because the internet crosses borders, we make no claim that the site is appropriate or available everywhere; if you access it, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for complying with your local laws, including any rules on crypto.
